Family Christmas party

Today we had our own family gift exchange..all of us picked a name about one plus week ago then we had to buy a gift for the one u pick..So early in the morning, we exchanged our presents..

I bought a ipod cover for my youngest sis..

My dad bought a box of hair dye for my mum..

My 2nd sis bought a shirt for my dad..

My youngest sis bought a water bottle, socks and facial mask for my 2nd sis..

I got Yoga Lim CD from my mum..i choose the present myself..if not my mum say she will buy bah kwa for mi..OMG!!!!

In the evening, we had a family gathering with all my aunties and cousins..its a potluck dinner..so my sis decided to make sushi..so we helped out in the afternoon doing sushi..

Then one after another they arrived with their food and gifts for exchange..

Time for gift exchange!!! my sis suggested that each family chose the oldest one in the family to pick the gift and then to make it more fun..we started with the youngest among the oldest to pick a no., then the subsequent person had a choice to change their gift with another person..in the end, the most popular gift that everyone wanted was no. 2 which was our gift..lol :)

My family got a towel..

My 3rd Aunt got a pencil holder..

My 4th Aunt got a set of essence oils fragrance..

Christmas party

Merry Christmas to all!!!
Had a well-spend Christmas eve with all my beloved friends....
In the afternoon, i was invited to Inky's house for sushi lunch..

In the evening, i met up with my "sistas" for our Christmas gathering..we had dinner at lotus garden at Taman Jurong..the food was not bad and it was buffet style..ate a lot for dinner so we need to do some exercise..haha..

Of course we had our Christmas exchange too..

All of us had to draw a Christmas tree on paper and fold it..then everyone take turns to pick a Christmas tree and guess who drew it..if u guess it correctly, the gift of that person will be urs..if not, you will have to wait for your turn again..

After which, we went to West Coast Mac for games to determine the winner for our grand prize..Liling bought a new game called pigs pile..its a card game that involved strategy and luck..and so we split into 2 groups to play to determine the winner...


While waiting for our turns, we decided to play with the pigs...stacko pigs..


The highest no. of pigs that can be stacked was 7...haha :)
After a few rounds of fighting, the winner emerged winning the grand prize..cool!!

Then we decided to play a few rounds of this new game Sequence until 2plus am then we proceed to go home..tiring but fun filled day!!

The Treasure Hunter

Jay is here in Singapore..for the premiere for The Treasure hunter..and of course i will be there waiting for him..lol :)
The last time he was here was for the movie "The Secret" which was directed by him..that was soooooo soooooo long ago..

Here i am at vivocity with shan...

Had to stand for 1 plus hr for his arrival and it was damn stuffy and hot..the guys in front were sooo tall..haiz..they gave some fans printed with the pictures from the treasure hunter but we were too far back cant managed to get any..so sad!!! but we saw a guy in front took the fans again and again..i think he got 5 fans or more in total..so selfish..dun even wan to pass back..wan so many for wat..

Finally he and Lin ChiLing and the director arrived..they were at Plaza Singapore before coming here..




They just stayed on stage 1 for around 10-15mins and they moved to second level where they had the 2nd stage..everyone was crazy trying to rush upstairs...OMG!!!

Managed to go up too and snapped some pics too..



They stayed for not more than 30mins then they left..so sad!! too many people until i cant even managed to catch a eye of him..sob sob!! Sometimes i really wished he was not that popular..lol:)

Then mi and shan went for dinner before we went for the premiere movie..the show left a lot of question marks in my head..was not that nice as i thought...the scenes where jay fought was cool and the sweet conversation that he had with Lin Chi Ling was quite funny..luckily got Jay chou in the show if not it will be a sian show..lol :)
