KTV competition 2

Yesterday was the day..the day of ktv competition 2!! so exciting!! actually there was a total of 10 contestants, one of them(Meiyu) got sore throat, one(Ruth) going to church activity..in the morning, dean was not feeling well and i thought she was not coming le..then we mighht have to postpone the contest..in the end she and her friend liyan did came..maybe she MC at hm to have special training..lol..

so in the end, 8 contestants turned up, 2 gave up..we had time to warm up as we need to wait for lynn and liyan before we start..so at around 8 plus, the competition start.................

We had fun, especially when joeline had to sing loving you!! the "dolphine" sound was so anticipated by us!!haha!! she did try la..but its really too difficult!! like wat she say this song is not for human to sing one..

Each of us had 2 votes..one for the winner (the one who sang the best) and the loser (worst singer)..the votes were counted at 11pm and the results are:3votes for ruth as she gave up, 2 votes for HHQ and 2 votes for joeline and 1 for evelyn..the winner is Mr Mak who got 6 votes and lynn got 2 votes..so the winner treated us to ktv and the top 3 from the bottom will give a treat at the hawker.. so lets wait for this treat and our third ktv competition..lol..

Today

So tired these days..been working until 7plus from last week to tue..Its all the LC faults..sob sob!! really felt vey tired tired tired!! really need a break..i tink my cough worsen these days..maybe not enough rest bah..sad!! maybe can take MC and take a break!!

Anyway the ktv competition is nearing..this fri le..but these days so busy and tired that i dun even have the time to practise..my cough still haben recover..haizz...

Lynn and Dean wanted mi to sing this song which is HHQ competition song..half of it and is not counted in the voting..But this song is really difficult..having hear for about 10 times i still cant catch the tune and rhythm..maybe i hear too much chinese songs, english songs seem so foreign to mi..can anyone help mi???

Gary concert

Gary coming to Singapore for his 1st concert le..yeah!! so excited really hope can go but budget wise...haizz....wanted to buy the lowest price tic which is $78 but juz check the seats now only left single seats..HOW???maybe cant go le..sad!! cos my sis haben decided wan to go ma..but now cant go le la..the other prices of the tics are so ex and i need to save up for my hongkong and bangkok trips...haiz..i tink i will have to wait for next gary concert le.. :(

Lynn last day at nestle

Today is Lynn last day..so sad to see her leave the company..really hope that she dun leave de..but understand the situation that she is in so no choice!!had to see her leave!!haiz..
Mi, joeline and her the 3 of us came in the company in Sept 06 on the same day..started as strangers until now we are very gd friends and so call the "3 musketeers" now one of them is leaving and Joeline is leaving next month too..now only 1 musketeers le.. :(

really spend a lot of happy moments with lynn..will definitely miss her a lot..will miss her accompany for tea breaks, lunch and even on the journey hm..will miss her laughter and smiles and her kind concerns when i am frustrated or sick..will miss her listening ear to hear my complains..will really miss her!!!

Anyway please remember to keep in touch..take gd care of urself and hope that you can find a job that you really like..all the best for the future!! Miss U!!

East coast

Sat le..finally, huimin wan to go out for a walk..cant think of any place to go so decided to go east coast although it's really very far!!! but so long nv go there le and i love the beach!!

We sat around on the sand and talk..look at the sea and sun!! sun bathe!!enjoyed the sea breeze until it's time for dinner and my medication time..

Dinner was at a Japanese restaurant..delicious food!!



This was the leftover of one of the dish.its fish cooked on a leaf with a special sauce..

After dinner, nothing much to do so decided to go bowl..

We had a second round of bowling since it's still early..luckily the losers no need to treat..lol..

Happy birthday to daddy!!

Had a simple celebration at hm since his bday is on a tuesday!! bought him a phone samsung X160..hope he like it!! this is his 1st phone hopefully he don't lost it..lol..

This yr was the 1st time that 2 families celebrate mother's day together..my family and my da yi family..so we decided to go all time favourite place KTV..but sadly i am sick so cant sing..haizz..

Then after the long 5 hrs KTV, we had steamboat buffet at bugis

Dinner was nice and hope that both mothers enjoyed the day!!

Speed racer

Went for movie at vivocity after work..and the best thing was IT'S FREE..when i was at orchard on sat, class 95 was giving out movie tics..u jux had to tell them the password and a pair of tics are yours..wow!! so lucky to meet them there..

it's really a very nice show..if you wan to catch a movie these days, highly recommended!! i love the car racing scenes..cool!! its so exciting and breath taking!! with the effects and creative moves that the cars could do..it's really like mario kart in my NDS..

IMM with lei & quan

Today was on leave cos i wanted a long weekend..lei & quan were at my hm as their childcare was closed due to hand foot mouth disease..so i decided to bring them out with the help of my mum and my sis la..i cant handle 2 at a time!!

Bought them to IMM, their aunt was there working so we bought them there to play..its like handicraft for kids..although adults also can do la..quan was playing with sand and lei was on colouring with some sticky paints..

After that long time spend there, we went shopping around then dinner at Mac..dun noe why kids love mac so much??after a long tiring day, we finally gave them back to their parents cos they were here at IMM for dinner..lol..
