puRe BDAy CelEbRAtion 08

Happy BiRthDay to PuRe!! planned a small celebration for her..wanted to go prawn fishing then go for steamboat in the evening for dinner.. But something cropped up and our dear Bday girl cant join us for prawn fishing..haiz...

So the other 6 of us went to Japanese Garden and started our prawn fishing..Divided ourselves into 3 groups and see which group caught the most prawns..

fighting with the prawns cos the prawns were really fierce..

In the end, in total we caught 7 prawns..my group won with 4 prawns..mi 2, shan 2..lol..and i caught my 2 in the last 30mins..one prawn was so unlucky cos the tail was hooked to my hook and i pulled it up..lol..LUckY mI!!

Then it was steamboat at xian de lai( highly recommended by my sis)..Finally the Bday girl joined us..

After a sumptous dinner, we went to rochester park for a drink..and of course will not forget the birthday cake..

S POP concert

Tonight had the opportunity to go S pop concert at indoor cos my aunt was in the entertainment business so able to get 2 tics for mi and my sis.. the only person i am interested was of course JJ Lin..lol..

in the end, we left early cos my aunt wanted to give us a lift..she think that JJ will not come out again..so we left and sure enough JJ was the last artist for the nite..haiz..miss him singing and dancing live for the last part..

After spending most of our time on this nothing to do island, we hop back to the kelong for our dinner..

Mi and shimin spend the nite sleeping..lol..they all played cards games, mahjiong, fishing etc.. but in the end, all of them sleep too..

Day 2 at the Kelong:

Woke up at around 6am in the morning, woke up by the shaking of the bed..cos pple on the top of the double deck climbed up and down..they say they wan to watch sunrise..so i joined in the fun!!

So sad that the sun was blocked by the clouds..haizz..but anyway the scenery was still beautiful..

Photo taking session again since also nothing to do..lol..

Breakfast was nasi lemak

Lunch was delicious..better than yesterday!!

Kelong trip on 21.03.08

wake up at 5.15am at huimin hm..prepare myself to go to JE and met up with my sec sch friends to go kelong at malaysia..so excited..nv went to kelong before..but it was a long wait..the bus came late and we were stuck at a jam near the customs..haiz..so in the end, after a few hr bus ride and a half an hr boat trip we finally reached there at abt 1 plus in the afternoon..

Finally reached the kelong....

Oh my the place was described as a refugee camp by one of my friend..that the beds that we will be sleeping and the toilet was juz a hole and everything goes into the big sea..

This is their entertainment room..

finally can eat our late late lunch..there a soup, curry chicken, vege, fish and sotong..

After our lunch, we went for island hopping in a ferry..but anyway it only bring us to one of the island nearby and bring us back la..

We tried coconuts and it tasted a bit sour..and we spend half of the day on this beach slacking..
