Jiawen 21st bday

Today is my sis 21st bday party!! her party is at my "small" home!!

From morning, we decorate the place with ribbons and balloons..

Then the food came at 5pm..i order her big bday cake from rive gauche..luckily, helen helped me delivered the cake to my home..if not i dun know how to collect it..thanks helen!

A very interesting part is when my sis introduce her bf to my relatives..haha..the relatives wan him to recognize all of them, which family they are from..haha..for your info, i got 7 aunties and 2 uncles present at the party..of course must include their family members too..Sooooo stressed!!!

To elaborate how small my home is...see the pics above..her friends need to stand outside the lift lobby to eat.. our relatives had to sit on straw mat at the lobby too..lol :) they looked sooo comical!

Night at the museum

After work, met up with niang and ning for dinner..I didnt know where they were going.. they just told mi that we met at city hall..so i did..

In the end, they gave mi a surprise and we went to mint museum of toys..although the museum was already closed but we can see some of the displays in the restaurant..

But cant take pics..the peranakan museum was more interesting then the SAM..cos i dun really understand ARTS!! too chiam!!

Got 2 bday presents..One is sports shoes from my 2 sisters so that i can wear them to Switzerland..can go trekking..lol :)

Another is a backpack from my beloved colleagues Dean, Eileen, Ruth and Mavis..Thanks gals..

This can be used to put my laptop and bring it to swiss too..Cool!!

Such a coincidence that both are pink in colour!! lol:)

Wanted to upload pics for my family celebration for my bday but cant load..Dun know what happened to blogger.. or does this happened to mi only????

Anyway the biggest present for my bday is 70 plus samples for gluten analysis...i cant believe that the factories are SOOOOO nice to send mi such a big present!!! been clearing it since last friday..so tired!! will have to clear until next week le bah..Sianzzzz

Today the storm is here again..really hate it when tat happened..why pple had such mood swing..been complaining how much she do for the lab..that she is very tired always need to do a lot of things..no one that can help her..we always dun follow her instructions..say so many times also we nv listen...that 5S is not her job and she is doing it..etc..

Haiz..spolit everyone mood early in the morning..

The problem is she think no one is better than her..she can do everything best..if pple do, she also will feel that she can do better..so no point we do too.. although we did try to help her in 5S..anyway if she wan us to do it, she just tell us how she wan it, i think everyone will be very happy to help..

We are also very tired, mentally tired..haiz..

Had an early celebration of my bday with my family..cos my bday falls on a weekday so my sis doing attachment cant make it..We went suntec shopping for my present and eat dinner at ichiban..

I think my daddy and mummy dun quite like the food there..think its too salty!!!

Ice cream

OMG!! King's ice-cream fair again...dean, mi, Eileen and Mdm Lai went to the fair after work..we were supposed to go at 5pm but were slightly late..so we had to rush!!!

i Bought $60 worth of ice-cream!!! together we bought $1oo plus and got a free packet of rice..they gave the rice to mi..soooo heavy all the ice creams and the rice..luckily dean gave mi a ride to my home bus stop or else i think i will die in the street..

We nearly die in the car too..since my home was not far, so my ice cream was not in the boot but on the seats with us..then i felt so breathless in the car..thought i was too tired from carrying the ice cream..in the end, found out that all 4 of us got the same feeling..in conclusion, it must be the dry ice in my ice cream that gave out CO..

OH MY!!! we nearly die in the car due to ice cream..hahaha!!
