1st time acupuncture

My 1st time.....in acupuncture today..cant bear with the neck pain le..so my colleague recommended mi to her Chinese physician near Funan IT mall..i took time off to go as i scared pain and needles so i asked dear to accompany mi there..luckily he was free in the afternoon..thanks dear! :)

The feeling was really not as bad as i thought..it was slightly pain at some areas especially at my hands when she poke the needles in..i can feel the needles twitching involuntary..lied on the bed for almost 30mins before she pluck all the needles out..after that my neck really can move a bit more then in the morning..at least it can turn although it was still a bit tight..the doc say i might need to go there tml if i still feel uncomfortable..so i shall see how tml..hopefully it will get better soon..bless mi :)

Neck pain!!!

Been suffering neck pain since last sun..cant really bear the pain le so went to see western doc to get 2 days mc to rest at hm..the doc gave mi some muscle relaxation pills and painkiller..but it doesn't seem to work..
So today i went to see a Chinese doc instead..hopefully after they massage for mi then it will feel better..although i am really scared of pain, i will have to try it out cos the neck is really very uncomfortable.. The massage was a real pain..super pain and they did a kwa sha for mi too..my whole back is red and pain!!!! but it doesn't seems to be better too..haiz...
Can anyone help mi in this?????? i am really suffering..and i still need to work tml le..sianzzzzzzzzz!!!

Taipei Day 5

So fast i am reaching the last day of my holidays...sad :(
A relaxing day today..went for sightseeing at Chiang Kai Shek Memorial hall..



The soldier on duty..they need to stand very still and cant move..

Lucky us!! got the chance to see the officers swapped duty..

Lunch was at Ding Tai Feng..a lot of pple queuing and we waited for around 30 to 45 mins..

Our super delicious lunch..super full!!!

Went back ximenting for window shopping as i am broke..spent all my NT $$$$$ le..such a great acomplishment!!! lol :)
Gd bye to Taiwan and welcome back to Singapore..

Taipei Day 4

Day 4 in Taiwan..started off searching breakfast again..walk walk around and found this breakfast cafe..

We went to Dan Shui for a walk after breakfast..and concidentally met up with one of their festival once in a few years..it was so grand..a lot of pple, firecrackers and performers..interesting event not seen in Singapore..



Super cute...it can dance very well..

Decided to go xin beitou for "wen quan"

Private room 3hrs for NT 888..but we only stay for 1.5hrs only..

Shilin night market for shopping and eating..

End of day 4!!!

Taipei Day 3

Morning of Day 3..need to find breakfast since the breakfast in the hotel sucks..
Found this shop near to our hotel..

Went to book a cab for one day tour..NT 3500 for 8 hrs..since we dun know how to go jiu fen by public transport, we decided to try the tour cab..
1st stop at yehliu..beautiful place but sadly its raining heavily today and we cant managed to go in..

Had our lunch at a seafood restaurant nearby..

Stopover at Jingushi..

Then we reach Jiufen for more food...

Then the driver took us to a place where we can fang "tian deng"..

Everyone busy writing the wishes on the tian deng..different colours represent different things..

Then everyone took turns to let their wishes go up to the sky!!!!


Went to one of the ma zhu temple before we went back to ximenting for steamboat..
