Surprisingly, i finished the book much more earlier than expected..haha..the book was called "The good bride guide"by Matt Dunn

The description of the story:

Ben Grant is fed up with always meeting the wrong girl. Having just celebrated his 29th birthday by being dumped by his 29th girlfriend, he decides he can't go on like this. Why can't he be as blissfully happy as his best friend Ashif, about to marry the beautiful Prithi, a bride chosen for him by his parents? Suddenly Ben has a great idea: why not ask his own parents to do the same for him?

It was a very light-hearted book to read..some very humorous parts when he go out on his arranged dates by his parents.. a very simple book with no fanciful words..easy to read..so its a good book for mi who just started to read again..

More reading to come as soon as Dean pass me her books..

JJ party 4

JJ Lin Junjie was back in Singapore for his new album 100 days..so mi and shan went for the photo session at bugis after our aerobics..we were pretty late when we reached and luckily we were late cos the sun was sooooo hot that i really cant stand it..

Its a photo session not an autograph session which was very special cos all his fans can go up stage and take a photo with him back face back which is one of the new song in his album "背对背拥抱 "

After a 2 hrs photo session, he left to prepare for the JJ party 4 at 8pm at scape..

The host for the nite was auntie lucy..it was a free standing concert!! OMG!!! stand again..my legs were already aching after the aerobics..haiz!!

无法克制

It was a tiring day for my legs...after the party, still have autograph session..need to queue again..OMG!! super tired!!!

Killer view

Been super long since i read a book..that time accompany dean to the library and she ask mi to borrow 2 books to read..so i did..

Within 2 weeks or shorter, she finished both of her books, but i am still stuck in my 1st book..i am really not a reader!!!My goal is to complete at least one book before the date due..

After much effort, trying very hard to read then to do other things like watching tv, online, facebooking, i managed to finish one of the books..its called Killer View by Ridley Pearson..YEAH!!! Its a thriller..the beginning was a bit boring but towards the end, it's much more interesting..when everything reveal and the truth was not what was expected..

Today i went to return the books and since i am there, i decided to borrow another one..this one looks simple and easy to read..hopefully i can complete reading soon..

Ed Bday celebration

Today's plan was to celebrate ed's birthday..It was pre-celebration cos his bday falls on a weekday so its better to celebrate on a weekend..

I made plans to go for picnic since he always want to eat food that i cook..but its a bad decision cos its been raining these days..i was hoping that today will be a fine day but no its not..sad :(
In the end, we went to labrador park and hide in a pavilion for our picnic..

Started preparing some simple food for the picnic in the morning..really very simple ones cos i can't really cook ma..

He was very happy with his new toy..I bought a digital camera for him..should be useful to him and i can use it too :)
Since its raining and nothing much we can do, we went to catch a movie, How to train your dragon..A very nice and cute show..love the dragon..super cute..

Hope that he enjoyed himself today..Happy birthday dear!!

Kaiji

Watch Kaiji today with my sis..cos her friend unable to meet her so nothing to do so we went to woodlands to catch it..To our surprise, the tickets for weekends after 2 card discounts only cost us $6.70 each..yeah!!

Its not as i expected..not that much wits and brains like death note..but it's still very interesting..a lot of insights in humans behaviour..I really love the part where a group of them need to cross a bridge that is high up in the air so that they can win back their freedom..its was so disturbing when rich watch them cross the bridge like watching a show while they were all fighting to balance and for their life..what a big gap between the lousy and the elites in the society..sad to watch the pple fall to their death one by one..

Does success in life means everything? having a lot of money in life is important? Having prestige in the society is really that important? What if the things that you lose is more than the factors gained?

Lesson learnt from this show that being alive is already a blessing!!

Cecilia Last day

Another farewell lunch..once every month..soon it will be my turn..today farewell is for Cecilia..although she only here for 4 months but we got along very well..lost one more lunch kaki again..

Desaru Day 2

Had breakfast at the hotel before setting off to the ostrich farm which we didn't make it in time yesterday..
