Sauvebelin tower

Today i moving place to my new apartment..so excited to see how the place looked like..Anyway i am meeting the relocation team at 1.30pm at NRC so i still got time in the morning..so decided to go the place that dean say must go one..

Thanks to dean detailed instructions, i found the place without any effort..

The tower was really tall and a lot of steps to go up..need to exercise more le..i was a bit tired when i reached the top..

Then after the view i went to the farm..around the lake (Lac De Sauvebelin)

This is the bus station there..so happy that i finally know how to take their bus..their bus is so different..the bus driver nv open the door for the passengers..the passenger need to press a switch outside then the door will open..

Went back to the hotel to wait for 1pm to check out..in the meantime call for room service for lunch..lunch was roasted chicken breast..really yummy!!

After lunch, met up with the relocation team at NRC and finally i saw my apartment..it was not wat i imagined..its a "wu lu" place..with no air con and not even fans..OMG!! a very small place indeed..so many things to unpack and i am sooooo tired!! dun really feel like doing anything..but cant..haiz..

Time to start my 2 months without my mummy doing housework for mi, no one to wash clothes and cook for mi, need to tidy up and sweep the floor..sianzzz..

Ouchy and Flon

Today wake up at around 6 plus am..oh my!! i think i slept too long yesterday..fell asleep at 7pm which is still daylight then wake up to realise that it was dark at 10plus..since it was so late and i got nothing to do so i went to sleep again..lol..

Morning planned to go Lausanne-Flon to buy my bus and train concession then walked around Saint Francois..Ruth said that there is a Chinese restaurant there so went to find..

I think i found the restaurant that Ruth said..so went in to had my lunch..so nice to eat rice again!! i asked for fried wanton and fried rice..yummy!! but the portion was too much for mi to finish..very wasted!!

I think i walked too fast..nothing much for mi to shop cos i dun wan to bring too much barang now..cos i still need to move house tml..

So i decided to go Ouchy for the afternoon..

Its a nice jetty area.. a lot of yachts and a lot of pple relaxing, picnic, reading along the lakeside..

Then went to find the Olympic museum..its a long walk from the station but i still managed to find it in the end..

Saw this sand made structure outside and its my sport idol!! i dun really think it looked like him la..if it's not his name on the swimming cap i wouldnt know it's him..lol!!

Then went home so that i can chat with my family and friends..video call with my sis and dean today..so nice to see them..

Petra from NRC called to meet up with mi..so nice of her!! we met at 7pm for dinner at a little town which she say she really like.. but i dun know how to spell..anyway its near the ouchy jetty..we sat by the lakeside and had pizzas..with a live band near us..soooo cool!! nice scenery and nice music..

Really nice to have someone i can talk to in Switzerland now..

My hotel Mirabeau is abt 5 mins walk from the lausanne train station.. but in the end, i got there in 20mins..cos my large luggage is such a burden..so heavy and i dun have the strength to pull it.. the road had a bit slope too..OMG!!

Had lunch at the hotel restaurant..only got CHF 5o so can only get a main course and drink..and like tat cost 42plus CHF le..my god!!

Had a walk around the hotel and found migro (a supermarket here) so bought biscuits and chocolate milk.. maybe can use for teabreak..Now dun know what to eat for my dinner..
