Happy new yr

Happy new year to all!!

another new yr had come so fast!! everyone one yr older again..lol..haiz..dun really had much plans for the last day of 2007..so met up with miao and shan for ktv again..spent the whole afternoon in the ktv room singing our throats out..then went for dinner at imm ichiban sushi..really a lot of pple..had to queue for a long time before we got the seats..then i ate paper steamboat which don't really taste very nice..better eat the sushi only next time..

then loitered around without aim..until my yiyi called if we want to go her hm for countdown..but she will only reached hm at abt 10pm and the time now was only 8 plus..so we continued loitering..walked from IMM to JE entertainment..wanted to go arcade but not much games that interest us..so sit down and tok loh..until 9 plus..then went to yiyi hm..do wat leh?????play monopoly & countdown with the tv set..

u all should tink its quite a boring way of countdown bah..lol..but anyway i tink it's great to have friends & family around..at least i still have a group of gd friends & a great family around to accompany for the new 2008..really thankful for that..THANK YOU ALL!!

My shopping spee

due to the request of Dean so i decided to post the things that i bought for the one day tour in JB..lol..i nv really bought a lot of things, not like her..really a shopping queen..lol..

Below were some of the things i bought for myself:

A pair of shoes

A cute monkey bag & lollipop

The other things that i bought were 3 pairs of earrings, a tank top and another lollipop..these few things were shared among my 2 sisters..lol..

one day tour in JB

Started on our JB one day tour with our tour guide cum organiser: Dean..
woke up at 6.30am...earlier than the usual working day..yawn!!made my way to je to meet with seow tin & evelyn..travelled to kranji and took a bus into the checkpoint..we reached there at abt 8.10am..but.......the others haben reached yet..called them once, they say reaching..another time say they reached carpark..then waited for abt 30-45mins, they appeared..haizzz..

After the checkpoint, we 6 gals had to wait for our "dear daniel" again so took some pics like we were tourists..lol..we were tourists la..

cos daniel was late, he treated us breakfast..lol..then we headed to City Square..
shopping time!!!
we went to Kim Gary outlet at city square for lunch..tried this restaurant in Singapore le..but i tink JB one had different taste..and the service here better than the one in Singapore..

we watched a movie too..and its very very cheap..RM 10 only..we watched national treasure..good show to watch!! very nice and i really like the table in the president room..cool!! watch le then u know!!

surprisingly, we spend the whole day at City Square and we didnt managed to walk the whole shopping center..lol..next time i will go again for more shopping..lol..

ChriStMAs PArTy 2 2007

Christmas day!! a day spend with my dearest family!!
had a tiring nite yesterday!! slept at 4 plus am then wake up at 9am..
reached hm at abt 10am..yawn!!

mum & sisters say they wan to go IMM to buy ingredients for tonight sumptous dinner..
so went with them, shopped until abt 5pm then rushed hm to cook dinner..all of us tried to help in some way..but we were like " yue bang yue mang" lol....
anyway our dinner dishes were as below:

home made spaghetti, baked beans, fries, mushroom soup, chicken and of course some wine..
although i cant really drink but i tried a little la..

its Christmas eve today!! party time!!

in the afternoon, went to IMM planning to buy decorations to deco the hotel room that we sistas r having our own party..in the end, we went to go see Vic (zai zai)..lol..

mi & shan waited for him at the elevator for him..waited to snap him when he came out but in th end i too kan jiong and press the wrong button..haiz..anyway stayed to listen to him sing one song (wo bu shi F4) then proceed to the hotel..

the room was pretty small cos it was a cheap hotel ma..cant expect much..lol..

and the most extraordinary present for that nite i tink was the present from shan..

dunnoe u all can see ma..its a frame with the words "FRIENDS" and in each word is each of our 7 sistas photos..cool!!!

Christmas shopping

These few days been busy shopping for clothes and of course gifts too..so many pple outside shopping these days so crowd!! scary!! anyway bought some gifts for my family, friends & some new clothes for my cupboard too..lol..hope that they will all like the gifts..

so 2 days later will be Christmas le..yeah!! i started my long break too..clearing my leave this week so dun need to work for the whole of christmas week..yeah!!

so anyone will like to make my wish come true this christmas??there are still 2 days to get this for mi..lol..

That's the gift i really hope i can get..lol..but too ex le..dun tink anyone will buy this for mi bah!! sad!! i will earn more $$$$$$$$ to get this!! jia you!! i will get this somehow...

KTV and JJ hm

Hari Raya Haji!! holiday again!! yeah!! today went to ktv at marina with lynn, jerald and weihua for k lunch..planning to go bowling after the ktv but i still got something on later so i cant make it..sorry guys!!

so the next event was to go JJ house for a class gathering cum potluck lunch..the usual gang of pple went..i tink in total there were abt 10+ pple..1st time got to taste pasta made by JJ..lol..it really taste quite gd!! so the usual, some pple will go for mahjiong session and the rest will sit around chat, laughed and watched tv.. so that how i spend my holiday..lol..boring bah!! cos as i say Singapore was boring!!

Outing with see ning & niang

Niang wanted to organise a "JC class outing" cos so long also nv see the other JC classmates le..but in the end, only 3 of us can make it..and they 3 of us always see each other every thur for kickboxing..lol...

Planned to go christmas shopping then go sentosa for a picnic..but the sky grey grey!! started to rain in the late afternoon...so nv go..sad!!! went to a restaurant at vivo for dinner loh..its a hongkong style eatery..still very full so we ordered snacks to share..yummy!!

after dinner, no plans le..sianzz!!! as i always say Singapore is so boring!! so went for a movie..no much show to watch too and the tics were all selling like hotcakes!! so in the end went to tiong bahru and watched the warlords..and we were sitting at the 3rd row frm the front!! OMG!!
watch until my eyes so tired and fall asleep for a while..lol..so no comments on the movie..lol..

Shumin farewell ktv

Today was also the last day of Shumin, our lab attachment student for 3 mths..therefore we organised a farewell outing for her..Since today was the company christmas party too so we can leave earlier..


So went for KTV..our whole lab nv went for KTV as outing before..the previous 2 times were at Settlers cafe..so we wanted a change..went to clementi party world sing until abt 9pm then had our dinner nearby..really enjoyed it although really very tired!!! Yawn!!


Hope that shumin and our whole team enjoyed it too..

nestle Christmas party

Today was our company chirstmas cum end of year party..work only from 8.30am to 11am..then its party time!! yeah!!

So at 11am, the party starts by formal presentation by the bosses..then the real party starts with a wonderful buffet lunch followed by a performance by the management team..oh my!! the 1st time that i get to know that the management team can sing!! lol..Surprised!!then followed by games..!!

One of the games was the Mr and Miss Nestle.. we divided ourselves into groups and need to dress 2 pple from the team with the deco materials in the room within 10mins..Oh my!! challenging..cos the deco hanging in the room was not much and u can see pple fighting for the materials..our team was the smallest with 7 pple and we dun have males so we had Ruth to disguise as Mr Nestle and Evelyn as Miss Nestle..fun!! our main winning point was for Ruth to suck in Helium in the balloon and talk..her voice will change to like donald duck voice!! haha..damn funny!! and the result was we won the 1st prize..lol..they say its very creative!!but pitiful Ruth had suck abt 5 balloons that day!!

the most excited moment of the party was the lucky draw..lol..i always dun have luck for this kind of draw!!anyway the prizes were not really very exciting!! lol..but i still hope that i still have the luck!!waited and waited for my name to be called..............haiz!! then when i was abt to fall asleep, CHIA MIN..haha..so happy and surprised..and guess wat i get for the lucky dip!! a bottle of wine..which they say was a big prize!!! lol.. will try to post pics later..stay tuned!!
